Grupa NN ogłosiła dziś zakończenie procesu przejęcia spółek MetLife w Polsce, po tym jak w dniu 14 kwietnia br. Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego wyraziła na to zgodę. 31 stycznia 2022 roku zakończył się proces przejęcia działalności MetLife w Grecji.
Nastąpi to po zatwierdzeniu tej nominacji przez Komisję Nadzoru Finansowego.
