14 kwietnia br. Grupa NN poinformowała, że otrzymała zgodę Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego (KNF) na nabycie aktywów MetLife w Polsce. Decyzja o przejęciu działalności spółek MetLife w Grecji i w Polsce została ogłoszona 5 lipca 2021 roku.
